In a Facebook post from the Tyne and War Fire and Rescue Service, firefighters of Red Watch at Wallsend Community Fire Station responded to a plea for help on rescuing an 8-week-old kitten. The small animal found itself lost inside the bathroom wall of its new home. They also shared pictures of the owner with her kitten and a firefighter holding it after it was rescued. When Danielle Douglas, 22, realized her new pet was missing at the early hours of the morning, she quickly called the fire department to explain what happened....
