“My f***ing baby,” she captioned the video. By Thursday, the post had been viewed more than 33,000 times by her 11,000 followers. On July 14, she shared a video of Jay dancing, writing: “Miss him so much.”

Before Jay’s release, Kayla and the 21-year-old Jamaican native had been quiet about their relationship. When she posted his fundraiser, so he would be able to afford a lawyer, Kayla identified herself as his “friend.”

Since then, Jay’s ex Ashley Marston has confirmed the relationship and accused Kayla of being pregnant with Jay’s child. It’s one of the reasons she wouldn’t sponsor him so he could get out of the detention center.

“I could get Jay out of the detention center tomorrow if I wanted to… the fact that I refuse to sponsor him and sign his green card is why he’s in custody right now,” Ashley said Wednesday morning during a phone interview with the Domenick Nati Show. “I would be responsible for him for 10 years.”

“There’s already a lot of rumors going around that his girlfriend that started the GoFundMe is pregnant,” she continued. “From what I saw at court she could’ve been expecting… so if I sign [for him] I would be responsible for paying his child support. No way in hell am I going to put my name on that line. There’s no way.”

Jay was transferred to an ICE detention center after turning himself in to police on July 4. There was a warrant out of his arrest after allegedly violated a Protection from Abuse (PFA) order filed against him by Ashley.

Ashley issued a brief statement to In Touch Weekly after he was released the same day she gave her Domenick Nati interview. She’s ready to move on. “I just hope he learned his lesson and respects any future woman he chooses to be with,” she said Thursday.

“His deportation hearing hasn’t been announced but will be shortly,” Ashley added. “For now he is out on bail on $4,500 which his boss paid. He just needs to keep his distance and him and I will be fine.”

On Pat 2 of the 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? tell-all, Ashley revealed she still loved Jay. “Honestly, I’m dying inside, just so you all know. Like, I’ve sat in my bed for two weeks straight, trying to take care of my kids, I lost 23 pounds,” she said about divorcing her husband. “We’re getting a divorce and it hurts because I love him. I still love him.”

Jay hasn’t issued an official statement since his release.
