“I could get Jay out of the detention center tomorrow if I wanted to… the fact that I refuse to sponsor him and sign his green card is why he’s in custody right now,” Ashley said Wednesday morning during a phone interview with the Domenick Nati Show. “I would be responsible for him for 10 years.”
The woman who is reportedly pregnant with Jay’s baby is, Kayla O’Brien. She’s the same person who started the GoFundMe page to get him released. She’s also the “stripper” who Jay reportedly cheated on Ashley with in January. Ashley noted that Kayla isn’t an exotic dancer anymore.
“There’s already a lot of rumors going around that his girlfriend that started the GoFundMe is pregnant,” she said. “From what I saw at court she could’ve been expecting… so if I sign [for him] I would be responsible for paying his child support. No way in hell am I going to put my name on that line. There’s no way.”
Jay and Kayla haven’t confirmed their relationship, but Ashley maintained that she was sent multiple videos of Kayla and Jay together. “I’m not sure why she’s saying they’re not,” she said, adding Jay was blowing Kayla kisses in the courtroom.
Ashley confirmed on Monday she would no longer be appearing on 90 Day Fiancé, but that doesn’t mean that she’s done with reality TV. IF asked, she would be interested in appearing on 90 Day Fiancé spinoffs like Pillow Talk and Where Are They Now? If possible, she might even appear on a reality dating show. At this time though, she couldn’t confirm anything.
The Pennsylvania resident thanked the crew from 90 Day Fiancé for supporting her during one of the toughest times in her life. “A special shout out to my producers and film crew,” she wrote Monday. “It wasn’t an easy season for any of us. Without all of you, I’m not sure how I would have gotten through some of the hard times. You guys are like family to me! I’m not gonna tag anyone for their privacy but I know you guys will see it. I appreciate each of you and your support and compassion through a super hard time in my life. Thank you.”
