Starting September 30, island-goers and villagers will see the island have a more fall look, and pumpkins will be available to plant and grow on the island. Players will also be able to use these pumpkins in new DIY projects.

Nintendo also announced that the Animal Crossing-themed special edition Switch system is returning for purchase for $299.99, while the Animal Crossing amiibo Cards Series 1-4 will return in November. Each pack of cards will be $5.99 and they allow players to invite characters to live on the island among other features.
