The star is currently on the cast of the show’s tenth season, featuring alongside Captain Lee Rosbach, Alissa Humber, Fraser Olender and Rachel Hargrove.
Lamb’s role on the 197-foot motor yacht St. David, which this series is cruising around the Caribbean, is deck/stew but she has had some tension with co-star Humber as she adjusts to the job.
Below Deck fans have watched as Lamb and Humber have argued over Lamb’s approach to her tasks, and on the latest episode of the Emmy Award-nominated series, which aired on December 5, Rosbach was also left unimpressed with her work.
Lamb was seen dropping off some laundry to the captain but, unfortunately, it was not up to standard, leading to Rosbach having to explain to Lamb how his clothes should be washed and dried.
She was also seen struggling to please the various other people on board the boat who wanted or needed things from her, and complaining that she was overworked.
Taking to Twitter after the scenes aired, some fans were quick to call out Lamb on her mistakes.
“How many times this season will we see Camille miss up Captain Lee’s laundry? I’m guessing at least 2 more times,” wrote one Below Deck fan.
Similarly, a second viewer posted: “Camille… please pay attention how Captain Lee likes his clothes. Like take it seriously. The poor guy can’t get around. #BelowDeck.”
“Wowsa Camille thinks she is overworked? She is always laying down, smoking or just plain ole nothing. Watching the sunset and others working? I think Captain Lee needs to dole out a plane ticket. #BelowDeck,” added another.
Other viewers, however, had more sympathy for Lamb and questioned whether those criticizing her would be able to complete the same work as her.
One fan posted: “I see all these #BelowDeck people on Twitter bashing Camille with no regard of the fact that they can’t even do half of the s*** she’s doing! You’d be out of breathe in the first few hours!!!”
While another wrote: “Unpopular opinion but I can understand Camille being a bit frustrated because she has multiple people giving her orders. Should she prioritize the bosun, the chief stew or the second stew? Not saying she has been great but its not an ideal situation. #BelowDeck.”
“While I’m not fan of Camille to have her running between 3 levels and reporting to multiple people one of which she didn’t know was her supervisor doesn’t seem right. #BelowDeck,” added a third viewer.
Meanwhile, on the same Below Deck episode, Rosbach’s health issues – stemming from a nerve complaint – continued to bother him.
Last week fans expressed their concern for the star after he was seen walking on crutches and complaining of major pain, and it looks like next week it could all become too much for the star.
Ahead of the show’s premiere in November it was hinted that Rosbach could leave the series, filmed earlier this year, before it finishes.
The synopsis for the season states that he makes “an unexpected decision that rocks the boat to its core, leading to the most shocking season of Below Deck yet.”
Then, in the trailer for next week’s episode, Rosbach is seen telling his crew: “My mind is there, my heart is there, my body just won’t cooperate,” as they are shown in floods of tears.
Season 10 of Below Deck continues Mondays at 8/7c on Bravo.
