What time does the February 25 Black Ops Cold War multiplayer free week start?

According to an official Call of Duty blog post on the subject, the Black Ops Cold War free multiplayer week runs February 25 at 1 p.m. EST through March 4 at 1 p.m. EST. Shortly after the above-listed hour strikes, players should be given access to the free demo download.

During past free multiplayer weeks it has taken an extra 30 minutes to an hour for the demo to be widely accessible across the PlayStation Network, Xbox Live and Battle.net, so be patient if you don’t see listings right away.
