The very first culprit is this new so-called Loadout glitch that allows players to cover themselves in a Loadout box, making them completely immune from being hit. Without going into the specifics of the process, players have found some success throwing Loadout cans and standing over the spot they’re expected to drop. While the view you have as a result is seriously obstructed, any bullets you spray will seemingly make their way out of the box.
Potentially more interesting, though, is this discovery of a subway system glitch from the DefendTheHouse YouTube channel. Enter a match of Warzone Rumble and head to the Barakett Promenade East train station. We won’t go much further than that in our explanation, but we’ll admit there’s a certain degree of funky behavior involving the small “no entry” sign nearby. Once passing through an invisible wall, players can walk completely under the map and shoot other players without recourse. While it’s not possible to leave the glitched area, and those using the exploit are still vulnerable to gas, users can technically accrue as many kills as possible in the meantime.
Activision Support and Infinity Ward are generally pretty swift when it comes to discussing any Wazone glitches that may crop up, but there has been no response from either side with regard to these two exploits. Flaws such as these can often be patched via Game Settings updates that don’t require a large download, so we’ll see if that happens over the coming hours.
As most Warzone fans will know, these two glitches are hardly the first flaws discovered in Call of Duty’s popular battle royale. In early October, a Stim Glitch that allowed players to infinitely heal through gas cloud damage required immediate attention from developers. Before that, anomalies in PC textures made it difficult for some to see through the weapons they were firing.
Just like all glitches or exploits found in multiplayer games, it’s worth a reminder that taking advantage of either of these new flaws in an abusive manner could result in a temporary or permanent account ban for those who don’t play fair. In other words, while some of these bugs may be interesting to check out, we don’t recommend using them for any sort of personal gain.
Call of Duty: Warzone is available now on PS4, Xbox One and PC.
