Best Places To Drop- The first thing you’ll notice when dropping out of your plane onto the map below you is that the play area is freaking huge. Figuring out where to drop your squad so they can properly pick up loot and move about the map is key. Brave battle royalers will jump out of the plane immediately, but there are more strategic options to consider. The Superstore is full of loot, the Farmland has open cover and the Boneyard is where the action is most likely to happen. The map is fairly well designed, so there’s always somewhere to go. Tap For Loot- If you want to tap a button to pick up whatever loot is on the ground, you’ll need to change a setting. In the “Controller Options” section, you’ll find a tab for “Use/Reload Behavior. " Putting it on the “contextual tap” setting allows you to pick up any item with a button flick. Avoid the Cloud- In this battle royale game, there’s a giant cloud of poison that slowly surrounds the map. You’d expect that since Warzone has such a big map it would take a lot of time for it to close in, but you’d be wrong. Maps tend to get smaller way quicker than in games you may be used to, so it’s crucial for you to play smart. Gas masks found around the map allow you to survive in the cloud for a few seconds longer, but the poison still kills fast. Kill Streaks- Like in traditional Call of Duty multiplayer, players can earn Killstreaks to unlock rewards like Supply Drops and air support. These can only be purchased with money found around the map, making Cash collection an absolute must. You can also purchase respawn tokens with $5,000 of in-game money, meaning squads can live until your funding dries out. Loadout Drops- Throughout a match, you’ll notice that Supply Drops sometimes drop randomly. With these containers, you can pick a Loadout that you’ve already created with custom Perks and add-ons. Going to the menu and creating your own Loadouts allows you to take your strategies to the next level.
