If Warzone isn’t to your liking, there are also other esports events to keep you busy. The ESPN Esports Valorant Invitational starts its semifinals at 3:30 p.m. EDT with seven of the top teams in the unreleased FPS competing for superiority. With ESPN needing to curb most content since we can’t play sports outside, focusing a sharper pivot on esports just makes sense.

Warzone Wednesdays Rules

The rules for the Warzone Wednesday tournament are the same as last week, with teams of two competing in brackets to get the most kills. Both teams play as one four-man squad in a game of Warzone and run through a match and whoever takes the most enemy players down moves on to the next round. The team with less kills than gets sent down to the loser’s bracket where they have a chance to try and win again. Overall, it’s a fairly streamlined set of rules and should keep the games moving fairly quick.

Warzone Wednesdays games begin at 4 p.m. EDT and then the tournament. will last about four to five hours.

Warzone Wednesdays Standings

The full tournament standings can be found on Daniel “Keemstar” Keem’s twitter who is the namesake of the tournament. Past attendees like Ninja and GreekGodX are making their returns, seeing how well they can perform in a tournament five weeks running.

Warzone Wednesdays Where to Watch

You can watch the main live stream on the KeemPark channel on Twitch or the Keempark website. Each individual streamer will also be showcasing their games on their own channels.

As other shooters start to release and Call of Duty Warzone loses its grip on the free-to-play market, it’s going to be interesting to see how this tournament series evolves. Valorant is still months away from release, with no console ports in sight just yet. Either way, gamers will have a lot of ways to keep themselves busy over the coming weeks with plenty of games and tournaments to fill our lives with.
