Where is Xur in Destiny 2 today?

Once you’ve located Xur, here’s a quick recap of everything he’s carrying.
The Colony [Heavy Grenade Launcher - 29 Legendary Shards]: The Colony features the Insectoid Grenades perk, which allows grenades to chase targets and explode close to them. Like most weapons of this type, it’s most useful for clearing out enemies in tight spaces. If used correctly, it can also be a real force in stopping Invaders and winning the Primeval fight in Gambit. In the European Aerial Zone, this is a good Exotic to have. ACD/0 Feedback Fence [Titan Gauntlets - 23 Legendary Shards]: Given its Fury Conductors perk, melee kills build energy and being struck by melee reduces damage and unleashes an explosion. Like most melee-based Exotics, these gloves are more or less useless in Crucible. The effect builds in stacks of three, and even at its worst, it’s not as powerful as you’d think. We’d suggest passing on this one. Pulse Rifle Loader - Sidearm Loader - Momentum TransferSniper Rifle Scavenger - Machine Gun ScavengerShards of Galanor [Hunter Gauntlets - 23 Legendary Shards]: With the Sharp Edges perk, hits and kills with Blade Barrage return Super Energy after the Super ends. These were nerfed earlier in the year to offer less yield on that buff, but you can still get about half your Super back if played carefully. These are really good in Gambit but not quite the PvP powerhouse they used to be. Bow Reloader - Enhanced Impact Induction - Enhanced Hand Cannon LoaderRocket Launcher Scavenger - Sniper Rifle ScavengerChromatic Fire [Warlock Chest Armor - 23 Legendary Shards]: This armor has the Crystalline Transistor perk, which creates an explosion after precision kills with a Kinetic weapon. Paired with Blast Furnace, Ace or Breakneck, this is an amazing Exotic for AoE effects in PvP or PvE alike. It’s not going to suit everybody’s playstyle, but this is the only Forsaken Exotic in today’s catalog. In other words, Warlocks should get it while it’s available. Unflinching Fusion Rifle Aim - Unflinching Hand Cannon Aim - Unflinching Sniper AimBow Reserves - Special Ammo FinderFive of Swords: This is a Nightfall Challenge Card that can raise or lower the Power handicap to fit your needs. Raising the handicap increases your score multiplier. The World [Invitation of the Nine - Nine Legendary Shards]Complete the Lake of Shadows Strike. Collect Nine Fallen Samples. Collect Nine Cabal Samples. Collect Nine Taken Samples.
For the week of August 9, it’s clearly Hunters who benefit the most from Xur’s inventory. Shards of Galanor are good enough on their own, but, with the addition of Enhanced Hand Cannon Loader, the prospects are even better. Warlocks probably get the shaft the most with the Chromatic Fire, but even that has its own specific use case. These nothing insane about Xur’s latest offering, but it would behoove Hunters to give Galanor a shot if they don’t already have a roll they’re comfortable with.
