Doom Eternal Best Runes

Throughout the Doom Eternal campaign, you’ll find hovering upgrade stations that allow you to buy Runes to upgrade your character. You can only equip three at once but can swap them out at any time you choose. Any of the nine are valid picks, but here are the ones we’ve been using.

Saving Throw- I don’t think there’s a better Rune to equip for players who might not be the best at shooters. Being able to survive dangerous encounters with one health can save a match for you, especially since it’s so easy to build up your health again with Glory Kills. When you enter slow-mo, your player moves at a much faster rate, allowing you to aim with increased precision. This mod will never be unequipped. Dazed and Confused- Jump further to perform Glory Kills that are further away. When the game gets hectic and you are stuck in a corner, sometimes a Glory Kill jump to a demon can save your soul. Chrono Strike- Slow down time as you gently fall through the air. Being able to see rockets and bullets in slow motion is a beauty and a necessary ability if you want to get through this game without the proper skills.

Doom Eternal Best Sentinel Crystal Upgrades

In casings, you’ll stumble across Crystals that can be upgraded in Health armor or ammo. Once you get two upgrades on a single tab, you’ll unlock a new ability to help you kill enemies. Here are the upgrades you can rush first, but these are very much open to each player’s style.

Quickdraw Belch- Flamethrower enemies faster. Armor is your best friend, and being able to generate it with ease is never a bad thing. Belch Armor Boost- Armor good and more of it is even better. Napalm Belch- Do you get what I’m saying about armor?

Doom Eternal Best Ways to Use Praetor Suit Points

The most common secrets in the game are Praetor Suit Points, which feature a stoic knight holding a giant coin. Grabbing these allows you to unlock unique upgrades that make playing the game slightly easier. There’s the environment, frag grenade, ice bomb, fundamentals and exploration with five tabs each. Starting with the low cost Fundamentals and working your way through the ice bomb or frag grenade is the best way to progress.
