Fortbyte #94 Location - Accessible By Using the Scarlet Scythe to Smash A Blue Canoe Under A Frozen Lake
In order to get the Scarlet Scythe, you’ll need to earn the Tier 87 reward from your Battle Pass and unlock the Demi outfit. Once you do, you’ll have access to the Demi Challenges, which grants you the Scarlet Scythe pickaxe for earning 70 pieces of Fortbyte.
With the Scarlet Scythe Harvesting Tool equipped, head to Polar Peak and land at this exact spot on the map. There should be a building embedded in the ice that you’ll need to break open before heading inside. You should see a blue canoe hanging on the wall with a piece of Fortbyte wedged underneath. Break apart the canoe with the right pickaxe and you’ll be able to collect piece #94. There might be other players just waiting to kill you near the canoe, so make sure you interact with it before you go down.
Though you need to have a large Fortbyte collection before getting #94, it’s nice to see easy challenges. With players spending all of Season 9 waking up to another new piece to collect, those who need to have everything must be tired. Getting Singularity requires a level of commitment and time investment that most other video game rewards don’t need. Still, it makes earning the skin and all of it’s cosmetics that more impressive.
There’s only seven days left until the end of Season 9, when the giant robot and ice monster will finally do battle. It’s unclear how this will affect the island or what your Fortbyte collection can do to help, but players can’t wait to find out. Will the giant monster prove Kaiju are the best or will human ingenuity triumph? Only one week to wait until we find out.
