Just because something is there today, doesn’t automatically guarantee that it will be there tomorrow. It’s not like in Sea of Thieves or Dead by Daylight — where you can always count on certain products being available — as there are no staples here.

Instead, the Item Shop refreshes its inventory every 24 hours and there’s only ever a handful of cosmetics that you can buy at any given time. As such, you’re incentivized to keep checking in every day to see what’s up for grabs.

Like the Battle Pass system, it’s a tactic that Epic Games uses to keep you constantly engaged with Fortnite and always logged in.

To prevent you from needing to boot up the game and take time out of your busy schedule, Newsweek has broken down everything that’s available in the Fortnite Item Shop as of Tuesday, February 8.

What’s in the ‘Fortnite’ Item Shop Today?

The Fortnite Item Shop is broken up into multiple sections, including “Featured”, “Daily” and then a few bonus ones that are updated from week to week.

Some of these collections will hang around longer than others, but at the very least, the daily section will change every 24 hours at 8 p.m. ET.

Here is everything that’s up for grabs right now.

The items in the featured section can last in stock for two or more consecutive days, but this isn’t guaranteed.

Daily Section

The following Daily Items will be removed from the Item Shop at 8 p.m. ET on Tuesday, February 8.

A particular highlight here includes the “Never Gonna” emote, which enables you to RickRoll other players.

Welcome to the Melloverse

Fortnite has famously collaborated with American DJ Marshmello once before, when he hosted his own virtual concert in the game. Now, Epic Games has released an alternative bundle that reconfigures the pop star as a kind of samurai warrior.

In addition to this, the original Marshmello cosmetics from 2019 are also currently featured in the Item Shop.

Love Is In The Air

Finally, there is currently a special Valentine’s Day line-up in the Item Shop, with cosmetics that are either themed around love, courtship, flowers or the Hearts suits from a deck of playing cards.

In related news, a collection of Bruno Mars and Anderson .Paak cosmetics will be added to the Fortnite Item Shop on February 10.
