During the most recent “Saturday Night Live,” Maya Rudolph on the “Weekend Update” segment plays a flirtatious, cigar-smoking, cocktail-swilling Dilma Rousseff, the Brazilian president facing impeachment for budget fraud.
In the skit, Rousseff acknowledges she has not prepared Rio to host the Games but insists, “We only have one or two things left to do, such as take one million poo poos out of the river and build all the buildings.”
